How do I get my grade average?

How do you get a 90 average in Grade 11 English?

• All subjects, except for English have never been a challenge for me. My overall average easily surpasses an 88, which includes several 90s. But then, English is always a low mark, lagging in the 74-76 range. That's pretty much what i got for grade 9 and 10 English. My past English teachers have always been hard. Now I am in Grade 11 and I really want to crack an average of about 90. I know this is very ambitious, but What do I exactly need to do to get good marks in English? How can I improve my grade?

  For me English has always been a breeeze. I'm taking English honors as a soph and getting a 96+. All you really have to do is study a lot at each subject you are introduced to and if you need extra help go after school and see if the teacher can help you. Make notecards if you have to study vocab and analyze each concept. Idk what else to tell you.. all lit class is is words and a lot easier than applying functions and **** in math
