How To Get Him To Propose?

How can i propose an idea for fall festival at my high school student council? how to get it approved?

• My school is dead with school spirit and activites. The only thing that excites students is football season, homecoming, and prom. That leaves the rest of the long school yr. Spirit week is pretty lame and we have NO pep rallies. I have an idea for a a fall festival the saturday after Halloween to raise school spirit and possibly raise money for Unicef, another charity, or as a fundraiser for the school. My ideas for a fall festival is: Haunted house Costume contest/ fashion show Booth games The game where you throw a ball and dunk ppl in water Those inflatable moon-bounce-like obstacle courses Dance competion cake walk Talent competition Performances from the band, cheerleaders, step team, or color guard Scary story skits from the drama department Plenty of candy, food, and music playing Does that sound like a fun fall festival? How can I propose this to my council and get it approved (i'm not an officer so my say my not count much)? What could I change or add to make this sound better?

  Every student has a voice, even if they are not on student council. If you feel passionatly about your idea, but fear it may get turned down talk to the faculty advisor first. You seem to have lots of good ideas. Good luck!
