How to get through high school when I hate it?

  • I hate my school and I really dislike my parents so life basically sucks. Im in 8th grade and Ive hated my school since te end of 5th grade. In 6th grade I wanted to destroy the school and run away because I didn't think I would ever get through another 6 years in my school. Now I absolutely hate it and I really really want to go to boarding school but my parents will never let me move school let alone country (there are no good boarding schools where I live). The teacher suck and half can't teach to save their lives. I live in Asia and 13 expatriates are moving next year including most of the decent ones. I saw the job vacancies on the school website and there are about 20 for expatriates... The student mostly annoy me and the friends I have aren't very real. I feel like I don't fit in. My parents think I have to man friends and my best friend is this girl who I actually dislike. What should I do? In a couple months Im going to 9th grade and I cannot wait till summer break. I hate getting up at 5:30 because here school starts at 7:00. you come to school at 7:01 you get detention and it goes on your permanent record... How do I get through it without going crazy and smashing everything in school?

    Everyone has to go through it.. unless you drop out or invent the time machine .

You could consider cyber schooling, where you make your own school hours and work at your own pace. Or you could just find a hobby that you care for enough that just the thought of doing what you love after school can get you through the school day. Just stay on top of your work and you'll be fine. Or do cyberschool.
