High school diploma by mail?

Can I change what my High school diploma looks like?

• I just finished high school and the diploma they gave me looks like ****. The back cover is ugly, the school is written in big black bold letters and is actually slanted so it goes over part of the writing that says "Has successfully fulfilled...". I'm not sure if this school issues out strange ones but I want a REAL diploma, one that doesn't look like ****. Do I ask the school to make the diploma like I want it, or contact the educational school district myself via E-mail, or how would I go about doing this? I JUST recieved it and the school is closed for today so I'm asking until I talk to them tomorrow. I do know a lot of my teachers from another school, but I'm not certain if they could make one for me.

  It's very unlikely that the school will do it for you. If you feel strongly enough about it you can pay a graphic designer to make you another one since the diploma itself is not a legal record anyway (if anyone needs proof you graduated they'll ask for a copy of your high school transcript, not your diploma).
