What is the best way to study for the PSAT and SAT?

well, technically people aren't even expected to study for the SAT. because its an APPTIDUDE test. but, bottom line is that people do study, so the scores get more and more competitive. the best site out there is College Board. You can go there and take practice tests, work through lessons and quizzes. they give u explanations to why certain answers are wrong and why the correct one is right. College Board also sells SAT books that u can use. they contain previous SATs that u can work through so that u know what to expect. i have taken the test twice, and havent studied much for either time. i still got a fairly good score, but now i plan on buying a book and studying. most people improve the second or third time they take the test. i took it twice, and w/o studying for either i improve 110 pts on the 2nd try. So, my advice is to use that site. Even if its once a day for 15 minutes. It really helps. College Board also is AMAZING for searching through colleges. It shows u the prices, the majors, SAT scores, and basically anything u need to know, and gives u the colleges' websites. Good Luck. When you take the test, be prepared. Get a good night sleep, bring 3 No.2 pencils, a scientific or graphing calculator, and water and snacks. Don't get too nervous or else u will just get distracted. Relax, and concentrate and you will be fine.
