Which school should i go to?

• I am a year 11 student and i have just transferred into a school which is ranked in top 15 or 10 for HSC. The reason i transferred was because my previous high school only went up to year 10 and then you would have to go to this other school which is a year 11 and 12 high school only. But even though i attend a so-called prestigious school, i feel extremely unhappy, left behind, unwelcome. pressured and stressed. And it's only been a week of school! It's not that i don't have any friends there or anything but i just feel extremely depressed that everyday i would actually cry... Rather, when i see my friends who attend the school i was meant to go to, they're all happy, like their teachers and seem relaxed. The school i attend now, rushes things too much and i even have lunch lessons! i mean how am i supposed to learn while eating especially when i'm so left behind? We have eight periods a day when other schools have 4. I don't really like some of my teachers either.... When i see my friends, they're just so calm and happy because they have free time, whilst i just keep doing homework, homework, homework, this week, i haven't had any free time at all even during my weekends i have tutoring! Anyways, i want to change back but my mother says she doesn't really want me to but i really hate the school i'm going to now... My mum says i should just stay in this school since i only have 1 year and 3 terms to go but when i cry everyday, it seems so long.... If it were you what would you choose? A so-called good school, being unhappy everyday or an okay school where everyone's happy?

  Change! do what makes you happy. just dont expect to much. at your school, sounds to me like your about to give up, slack off, etc. Just go to your friends school asap!
