Can first year of IB be accepted into second year of A levels?

Lets say i leave the country where i'm studying IB (international baccalaureate) but i'm not able to complete second year of IB and go to a country where A levels is taught. Is it possible for me to join into the second year of A levels or do i have to do A levels from first year and then second year?

You would at the beginning of A levels, it is not possible just to do the second half.
