How to make a petition about my school?

• so its abso freezing these days and my school is like so cold, i have an ilness which makes me ill when i get cold and i am sure other people have problems with cold weather. and whenever the heaters get switched on in the school they are only ever on for like 20 seconds and there are NO heaters in any science rooms. a lot of people are off cold. so i want to make a petition for people to sign it to get the heaters on for longer and add some heaters in the science rooms. but i dont know how to do it, any help?? ps im going to see the head teacher about this petition (once its done) :)

  Why don't you wear some extra clothes underneath your school clothes? I presume you're in the UK? If you are, there are budget cuts happening, and I don't think the school can afford new heaters. Even if they could, it wouldn't be installed in time.
