How can I focus my concentration on studies?

  • From kindergarten through 5th class, I was studying quite well and gradually from 6th, I've started getting low scores on my exams and tests. Any advices on how to concentrate on studies and get good grades again especially in science classes?

  • Answer:

study more than being on the computer and hanging out with your friends

answer to this question is not so simple ! but i m trying to give my best answer . so lose in concentration may be due to tension , tension may be any type , according to my experience to remember something for a long while required just go through study not any other thing . when u stdy try to give your 100% to stdy only . n when u play go 100% to play only . this is my theory for study , but one thing more some students can concentrate in day time n some at night only. you should go through the study for a week and at the week end u should analyse the time u spent is sufficient n the quality and quantity u required for excellent marks had been received or not . then next week change your planning . divide day hours or night hours for study n subjects also, n try to give more time to such subj. which u thing not easy.

Oh i can understand it happens! when yuu are young you dont care where the World is going on yuu are just tention free and just focus on studies , toys and Cartoons. But when yuu grow up yuu start thinking about the World , especially about the Boys that what hes thinking about me and how do i look and all that and yu just totally forget the Studies and According to yur Question do wateva u want but in the Limit .. spend time wid friends and yur bf if u have a bf in a limit! And while yuu are in a Class just listen to the teacher wat she/he is Explaining..especially in the Science Class becuz its kinda boring i know lol and when u come back to home just recall everyting wat the teacher have told yuu in the Class atleast 3 times. Anyways Good Luck! ♥

Look at aspects of your life right now. Are your tempted to hang out with your friends/boyfriend after school, rather than study. Spend too much time on the phone? Either of these things, among tons of other things, could be affecting your test scores. What you should do is keep a track record of what you do daily for at least a month and see if you notice any major distractions that keep you from studying.

You need to set ur studies as ur first priority...dnt distracted by other things like friends and entertainment etc...when your studying only study and dnt do anything else...dnt try to multitask by studying and watching TV together or listening to music while studying...study in complete silence without any disruptions and also try to make your study fun...by making sticky notes of important topics of study and sticking them in your bathroom or in places where you will be able to see them all the time..so that your focus always remains on ur studies

to gain concentration in studies u b attentive in ur classes and come home and relaxed sometime and go to study after 6.30 and end ur studies till 9.30 .and dont lock ur door or windows while studing becoz u will loose ur intrest in studies and u will do other things like chatting with friends frm mobile phone and doing sexual things like mastrubration . i know girls very well becoz i had experence from my girl friends so please dont missunderstand me

Set a goal for yourself. Like to get at least 90% right etc. You need to have fun but try not to have too much that you would be thinking of parties during class. Another is to not sit next to people who you will talk to. i know its hard or just try not to talk at all. Maybe you are just nervous about highschool. give yourself a treat if you get good marks. Then you will try harder.

hi, i don't know it will help u or not but im trying.U always try to make urself in a positive way.Don't invites negativity into ur mind.Always see the word"Imm possible" ,i mean to say that, see that word carefully ,it says that i am possible.then why are you trying to make me not. secondly, try these you may feel good. 1)always try to read inspirational books like "you can win" by shiv khera. 2)watch commedy movies or good movies like chakde. 3)whenever you feel sad, share your views with the person with whome you loves or respect so much.for eg. i always share my joys and sorrows with my preceptor.who always inspire me. 4)if these steps not works then just see those person who expect and belives on you.after that ask yourself that what you are doing with them.Is it good. then answer definetly you will get. Dont take studies as a burden.enjoy it take it as a challenge. No matter first time you get less marks but second time you will win.means from every experience you try to learn something.

Well, the obvious answer is to study. As to how to concentrate, maybe you should get a study buddy or create an incentive to motivate you. Definitely seek help from your teacher. Ask him/her for extra help after school, they would be glad to assist I'm sure.
