Can a child taking the 11+ in Ireland use the same exam score to get into a school in England?

I have a dad's friend's daughter is taking the 11+ in Ireland, but they want to move to England. More precisely, Lincolnshire. Can she take the exam there and - providing that she passed of course - then without having to resit the exam, get into a Grammar school in England? I would be grateful if anyone could let me know as soon as possible please. Thank you.
