The 2000 3.2 L should be a Multi-ort fuel injection system. If so, the fuel pressure regulator is attached to the end of the Fuel Rail. You can see this in a diagram the Chilton total car care repair manuel (about $14.00). If your not getting fuel pressure, check the fuel pump and the in line fuel filter as well.
