  ummm... let's see.... the transcription of RNA means that it is it's encoding, or if you want to call it, program. It is the set of chemical codes used for producing DNA. Translation, on the other hand, I am not still not quite sure of. I believe that it might be the refined form of RNA, like trying to create a vaccine for somthing. I hope this helps!
