What's involved in the test depends very much on how old you are and the purpose of the test. Is it for a job? Does it have to do with school? Does it have to do with writing skills? Have you had a stroke or some other health issue? Is the testing related to sports? Some psychomotor tests are done only with pencil and paper. Sometimes you might be asked to complete different tasks that are like puzzles - think about Rubric's cube, jigsaw puzzles, chain link puzles, putting pegs in the right slots, how fast you can complete a peg board, copying or matching designs with blocks, etc. Other tests include body coordination tasks, such as how long you can stand on one foot with your eyes closed, repeatedly touching your index fingers to the tip of your nose, etc. So you see, your question is not a simple one.
