Find the angle of elevation from the point on the ground 90 feet from the base of a building that is 200 feet tall. Thanks for the help!

Draw a vertical line. Label that 200 . Draw a horizontal line from the bottom of the vertical line to the right. Label that 90 . Connect the endpoints of the two lines. We're trying to find the angle measure θ of the bottom right angle of the triangle. opposite = 200 adjacent = 90 tan(θ) = (opposite / adjacent) = (200 / 90) θ = arctan (200 / 90) ≈ 65.77°
