10 Points!! Can You Please Help?

Can someone smart please help me? 10 points!?

  • Ok so I did a bad thing that I wish I never did. I had one whole month to finish my english project that's worth 40 % of my grade! I left it off and now it's due on Monday! I'm not close to finishing it and I have to type it up at school because I have to print it off in a brochure style way which I can't do on my home computer! On Monday I have english as my last period so how can I finish it that same day? Should I go to the computer lab at break? And before you go and bash me I just want to say, I take responsibility for all of this! This is all my fualt, not my teachers or my familys. I had the time to finish my project but I didn't use it wisley! I'm so mad at myself. I have learned my lesson and I'm NEVER EVER and I mean NEVER doing this EVER again! But could someone please help me with this? And I have 2 breaks on Monday.

    well, I cant help you with the project, but I was quite proud of my reputation as a slacker and a bullshitter while still getting pretty good grades (english was the subject that I was best at in this). First, use every ounce of spare time you have left to work on this. Dont even go onto yahoo to see if anyone answered your question. Try to get out of school on monday, and use the time to keep working (this will be easier if your parents dont know your project is due then). If you cant, bargain with your teacher/professor for an extension. If you cant get one, decide for yourself if you want to hand it in late for a possibly better score (minus the "late fee" points), or turn in what you have already for full possible credit (better than a 0, right?). Type it up on your computer at home, then put it on a disk/flash drive and bring it into school to print or continue working on it. When at school, skip whatever classes you can get away with to work on it. I know its wrong, but you dont have 40% of your grade in those classes riding on you being there one period, do you? If so damn your school sucks. Anyway, thats what I have to say on that. You are lucky its at the end of the day, my english classes were always before lunch or immediately after

OK, so today you should write up a Rough Draft and plan how you want your brochure to look. Try to do all you can do at home. On Monday, go to the Computers and type up your rough draft and make it into a brochure. Now, I don't exactly how long it will take you to finish your English project, but just manage your time at school! I wish you the best of luck because I know exactly how you feel sometimes

Ok...well first stop panicking everybody has done this and most people still do it often, it means your human not irresponsible. Whats important is that you've learned from you mistake. The easiest way to recover is to start immediately. First do whatever research you'll need for the paper at home. Then type it up. once your finished save it to a flash drive or if you dont have a flash drive then copy and paste it to your email and save. On your first break at school. High tail it to the computer lab and open the saved file. Copy and paste it into the program that you have to use at school, then edit it. If you run out of time on the first break just keep editing it on the second break and lunch if you need to. (this was your mistake so you may have to sacrifice your lunch period). But if you follow these instructions it can be done. The most important part is to get it done over the weekend. Good luck, You can do it!

Well One Thing You Can Do Is Type Up One Part Of The Brochure At Your House If That Is More Conveinent For You And Then Just Put It On A Hard Drive Stick And Then Bring That To School And Put It In That Computer And That Will Save You Some Time.

Right first things first, do your homework on your computer at home and if you can, save to a USB or CD and take it to school, then print it off as you usually would.

Okay, first get a flash drive. Then type up your report in a word doc and put it on the flash drive. Take it to school monday andcopy and paste it into the brochure. If you need to add any pictures put them in the word doc too. Then print it at school. Also, if your public library has the software for the brochure, go do it there.

i would say type it up on ur home comp n email it to yourself, that way you can have it already typed up on your school comp and u just have to arrange it about or if u had a memory stick that would be easier, only other thing to suggest it to write it all up... yes with a pen and paper and then type it all up in your breaks... good luck :P

ok, so you know what you did was bad and hopefully you learned from it. First, double check that you still cant do that style on your computer. If you still cant and have to do it at school write it on paper over the weekend and then at your two breaks type it or offer $5 to a really fast typer so they can type your paper. Good luck!

Lol, this sounds like me! I always leave my work until the last minute. Can't you write it up this weekend then store it onto a USB stick, take the stick in with you and copy and paste your work ino the brochure layout in your 1st break then print it out in the second break? :o) x

Every waking second you have to work on it...go work on it. Also buy a jumpdrive so you can work on it on different computers so you'll be able to get it done faster
