PLEASE HELP!!! Can somebody please give me a good thesis statement for this topic? PLEASE!!!! EASY 10 POINTS!?

  • PLEASE HELP! EASY 10 POINTS!!! Ok, I'm writing a persuasive essay. The topic is, "Should schools start at 9:30 instead of at 7:45?" My position is "Yes, they should start later." So can somebody help me? I'm not exactly sure what a thesis statement is so I can't really think of one. Help? Easy 10 points!

    Basically u have to try to persuade your audience or whoever your talking to change the time that schools normally starts. Start off by- I strongly disapprove of the time schools starts. Instead of starting at 7:45 am it should start at 9:30 am. Starting school at 9:30 am is better because students live far away from the school and they would have to wake up very early to get to school.- Well this all i got just try your best and i know u will have a great persuasive essay. All you have to do is put your opinions and back it up with facts. TRY YOUR BEST!!!!

With teenagers, we have the hardest time waking up. If we start later in school time, we may be able to get more done and have a higher IQ. Most people have a hard time taking a quiz first thing in the morning. (I know i do) School hours would fall later in the day, causing less traffic on the roads. These are just some of the things can i can list. Hope they give you ideas

a thesis staement is pretty easy. it states your topic/opinion and nothing more. "Schools should start at 9:30 instead of 7:45." like i had to do one of the commonwealth of puerto rico, and it was either that they should become a state or not. mine was : "Puerto Rico's commonwealth should not become the 51st state of the United States"
