Does anyone know any websites for local selling and buying?

Hoping to start a little business selling stock online UK, any free friendly advice of how to start please? :)?

Hoping to save up a bit of cash to start buying wholesale stock to sell on, but where to start buying the wholesale i dont not know?? people i see selling stock on facebook are buying lots of designer stock but will not budge to say where or how obviously!! I'm not for definate wanting to sell on clothes, it could be anything! its just knowing decent/honest cheap websites to start off with, could anyone help me out, would be most greatful, thanks :) (oh not sure if it says where i am but wanting UK websites or warehouses etc in london, kent, southeast area, thanks)

I only know websites in USA. they ship internationally There is everying(clothes, jewelry, accessories..etc) on www.lashowroom.com http://www.wholesalefashionsqaure.com has many items on special sale http://www.tracfashion.com has good selection of plus size www.fashiongo.net also rocks!! They also accept international customers ^__^
