Please help a EBay selling question?!?!?

I sold an expensive item on eBay (approx $900.00) and the problem is that the buyer (winner of auction) thought she could use the bill me later option to pay. She sent a email saying she was sorry and she would pay the listing fees ect. But she couldn't buy the item now. But eBay already took there fees off of my debit card approx. 80.00. I've tried to cancel the transaction to get my money refunded and relist the item but it says I have to wait 5 days to cancel the transaction. I know the five days is to give people time to pay but this lady has stated she DOESN'T want/can't pay for the item. I'm kinda new to selling on eBay please help!!! I really need my money back is there anything I can do?

Answer:
File a claim on the item through eBay - non paying bidder - they will move the transaction over to a disputed transaction and then if you and the bidder decide to cancel the transaction eBay will credit you the fees for selling the item. Should take approx. 3 weeks depending.
