What is a good children's play?

Thinking of opening a Childrens Play Area, need help and ideas?

• My girlfreind and I are thinking of opening/leasing a, Childrens Play Area-Fun Area, in the local Portsmouth/Havant/Waterlooville area in the UK/Hampshire, we need some help on how to go about doing this, the best places to put them and weather or not there are any units that are suitable for this type of thing in our local area, or even if they would entertain the idea.   Indoor play areas give you a lot more freedom as far as structures go because you don't have to deal with outside elements. Big malls are a great place to build these. Having a theme for your play area makes it stand out from the generic ones. Do a medieval theme with a castle and dungeon. Do a food theme with an overturned cup as a tunnel and a wedge of watermelon as a slide. Do a pirate theme with a boat and add water cannons if it's outside. Do a space station with a series of plastic tubes to climb through. If you find something on a larger scale, you can build something a bit more extravagant and rent the place for birthday parties. You can make it educational, like a hands-on museum exploring simple musical instruments, puzzles, and more. For something on a budget, just come up with a funky design for the metals and plastics used to make it look visually appealing. Just remember that cleanup will be challenging and the more surfaces you have, the more you'll have to disinfect. I'm sure there are plenty of businesses that deal with custom structures that can help turn this idea into a reality.
