What is the best website to start a business online?

Anyone know Where i can start a cheap but effective business website? What do I need to do to wholesale online

    Creating a website is actually the easiest part. Making it work is the challenging part. The words "well known web designer" and "cheap" do not go well together. Well known web designers are EXPENSIVE. If you want cheap, select those just starting their business. I suggest you put your request in sites such as Guru.com and elance.com and watch as web designers bid lower to get your job. Or you can go to Yahoo Stores or some other ecommerce turnkey providers.

i have used http://ipowerweb.net to build websites with the templates they have. it is inexpensive and the sites look good and work well. you could build a nice site by yourself and update it as much as you need to.
