What is a good craft to make?

What can i sell at a craft fair that will make a good profit and people will want buy?

• i want to make a little extra money and i want to sell something that will be popular with the crowds, will make a good profit and not to difficult to make. any ideas are appreciated:) ps. i know i am being a little perticular;)
