How much would you pay for a vinyl record bowl?

I would buy the record in playable condition, but not a bowl. If I really felt I needed one, I would make one myself - there is plenty of information how to do so on the internet. What I think is cooler and would command a better price would be re-purposing old LPs into wall clocks. You stick vinyl or metal tone numbers to the front, attach the clock hands to the post through the hole of the record, and voila! You can buy clock mechanisms in just about any craft store, or online.
