What does it take to set up an agency?

• i want to open up an agency that cater to the needs of those wanting a nanny but i don't know how to go about it. i would be getting an associates in child development soon and don't want to really teach. i would like to have a business while pursuing a bachelor degree. Pls help me out

  Research, research, and more research. First find out about the laws that govern that type of work, then find out what people are looking for as a service and what they are willing to pay for it. Now research and get some employee candidates, a little background info on them and make the connection between nanny and employer and take your cut. By the way, your name travels along with that nanny so, they screw up and so do you, be picky. Nowaday a lot of foreign nannies dominate the market. Apparently, we as a culture don't get into taking care of other peoples kids. Hope this helps.
