What are the best schools on hotel and restaurant management?

Please give me some Information about the coarse "Hotel and Restaurant Management"???

im a male and my height is only 5'3 or 5'4 , is it possible for me to take this coarse??? and im not really into "managing" and cooking" because i am more interested to be an "steward" because i love to travel and go to different places in the world but the problem is "tourism" is more like a woman coarse , so i have no choice but to choose the coarse "h.r.m." its ok because i also love cooking and eating delicious foods.. please give me some information to this coarse "hotel and restaurant management"

First off - what do being male and your hight have to do with any of this???? Being a guy or a girl and hight do not matter for these jobs. you don't nessesarily need any kind of degree to get a steward job. you need to get some kind of customer service and or hotel experience.
