What is something like ebay that will ship worldwide and not need PayPal?

If i buy something on ebay do i have to pay first?

    Yes, you do indeed have to pay for the item before the seller ships it out to you. You will normally have about 4 days to pay. After that, the seller can (at their discretion) file a non-paying bidder case against you. But even if they do that, you still have like another 4 days to pay. Hope this helps.
