I need all the equipment, fryer, proofer, cutting table, mixer and bowls, ect. (from scratch) I also need to know the avg cost of a good located place with space to lease. The employees i really can figure that out myself. Also what are the best books or website for a new bakery start-up ideas, and where can I buy them, store or online?
