I'm 17 and I have the perfect business idea. What are some tips on getting started?

    You can't do anything until you are 18. Any bank will require a business plan that shows that you can pay the loan back. Go to http://sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html or http://www.score.org/template_gallery.html for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans. You should have a credit score of at least 700. You will personally have to put up 30% of the funds as no bank is going to assume all of the risk.

wait till you turn 18 and have at least $10,000 dollars saved up, it'll be easier legally and you need to have a good amount of money to start a business, $10,000 is a minimum.
