What are the procedures in disposing waste materials in bakeshops?
-
What could these waste materials be? How much will it cost? (Are there legal requirements?) (Do you need a clearance?)
-
Answer:
Most of the waste material coming out of bake shops is bread and other goods the didn't sell the day before. You also have things like flour bags. There's no hazardous waste that's going to come out of a bake shop. You might want to get a cardboard dumpster if you use a lot of boxes. Some garbage services require you to recycle cardboard.
