Personally I searched and searched. There are so many good, and bad, things out there. you can continue to search and spend money on and on. However my suggestion is to first do a few other things for yourself. Define the Why? Why do you want this? Obviously money is a part of it but what else? Freedom? Contribute to society? Security? Do you want to have more time to travel with your family? Whatever. Then try to define what kind of life you want. What is a perfect day? It sounds like you want "out" of a situation but make sure you don't get "into" another one that you don't want. For instance, a good friend of mine wanted 'out' of the 9-5 job so he bought a sub/food franchise. He hated it - it was just another job. So he got out of that situation and defined what he really wanted to do. In his case he wanted to help others and speak, etc. He has been doing it for years and is good at it. I also think that before you go out and buy someone's product, consider what you have to offer. You have some ideas or experience, no matter what, that someone out there would buy or be interested in.....I know another guy that went through a bad divorce. Now he speaks about what comes after divorce or how to go on....maybe your thing is less serious but ask yourself, what are you passionate about.
