How does selling on Ebay work?

I want to get a selling account or something so that i can sell some things but i was wondering if you have to pay a fee monthly or something and is it hard work to have a sellers profile any information on the topic will be great thank you

There is no monthly fee to be a seller. However, Ebay does charge a percentage of your sales price when you do sell something. I don't remember the rates right now, but you could look them up on Ebay pretty easily. They may charge people who set up those Ebay stores, but I'm just a regular Ebayer who sells stuff occasionally and I only get charged based on a sale. Go ahead and create yourself an account. You don't need to sell or buy with that account yet. You can just set one up for the heck of it until your ready to sell some items.
