Ive just got a massive payout and want to own a nite club?

hi guys ive just came into a large amount of money thur a court settlement for an accident. i ended up having surgury so thats y i got more and now my leg gives way as the surgury didnt help., ive been looking at some night club that have been for sale as i dnt want a new club just wanna take over 1 , i just dnt no where to start and if i need to get a licence to run a night club.. i dnt want a big club, mayb just somethink that can hold 50-70 ppl. any 1 have an idea what it will cost to get my licence im 23 and wanted to own my own business as im a mum an want to make sure my daughter is set. i no its alot off work but i also have people who are willing to help out with the club, please any info will help thank u
