Question regarding eBay Auction Bidding?

Hi! I am selling a used Laptop on eBay Philippines and its doing really well. I already have 85 bids and 3 days for the auction to end. Now, most of these bidders are new to eBay and they are bidding on my item. So my question is does the bidder immediately send me the money or for how many days do i need to wait for the amount to arrive? Is it an instant Payment or what?
