Background Check for Chase Bank?

How to deposit my check from work at chase bank?

• I recently opened a bank account with chase, i put 2 checks in there already when i opened the account but the banker did that for me while i was there. I just got my next check. How do i put this check into my account? Its a payroll check

  Wow at some of these replies. You would think that people never used a bank before. When you opened your account with chase, they gave you starter checks, correct? And in this box, at the end of every booklet of checks are DEPOSIT SLIPS. Tear one of the deposit slips out, fill it with the amount of the check, then take it to the bank and deposit the check WITH the slip. You then get a receipt. If you don't have any checks with the deposit slips at the end of the booklet, then go to Chase and they will have generic deposit slips sitting there that you can fill out, then deposit your check. The only difference is the ones that came with your checks, already have your account information on them. The generic deposit slips require you to fill out everything. After 30-90 days, your employer will probably be willing to setup direct deposit for you, this way you don't have to worry about depositing your check, but it still takes around a month for them to switch you over to direct deposit.
