How can i start a blog?

i need to start my blog for korean singer SNSD, i got my own youtube channel and now i wanna start the my blog. yesterday i make a new friends are snsd fans and me too, he say he'll help me and give advice for me to start the blog and he say chance that are not appealing often and since im true snsd fan, he ask me to credit him after i done my blog. what should i do now and will he cheat or con me? because i see some blog hosting site they will pay me if someone view my articles
