Are there any requirements to sell stuff on eBay?

  • Hello, I have old ebay account that I haven't used probably for more than 3/4 years.. The account has 100% 5700+ feedback on it.. Feedbacks are not 1$ items.. Feedbacks I got from minimum 20$ value items.. . I have almost forgotten ebay rules and I'm afraid about suspending.. Today ebay has changed it's rules and I don't know most of them.. I need to know about requirements on selling > Do I need Business Licence Number or Tax ID if I sales exceed limits < I live in New Hampshire.. Where is no sales or income tax.. Do I still need to report my income or sales to the Ebay or IRS ? P.S. I'm home based.. I know I'll do really good because I'll be PowerSeller in a month and then sales dramatically increase to the high levels.. I won't sell cheap products.. I'm going to sell Apple Products and expensive cell phones, cameras and laptops.. And I have a good wholesaler so I'll list for cheaper which means I'll get more offers than other ones.. So it'll increase sales and ammount of revenue that I'm making on Ebay.. Does the Ebay require me to report what I have earned to the IRS ? I mean do I need to report IRS what I'm making on Ebay even if there is no sales or income tax ? ? Do I need business number to sell or open a store on Ebay /??? Thanks for all of you!
