To be successful in a face-to-face biz you need to be a type A confidant person. In any biz you need to find what your drive originates from. Most people fail because they quit, and lost their drive. Everything else will follow. Look to Tony Robbins, Robert kiosaky, and Jack Welch. :They all have great products.

You don't have to have any training if you are starting the business. It would help if you had some experience or go to school for a business management degree. Right now I'm going to school for a degree. I hope to have my own business someday too. Right now I'm doing a business over the internet...you should look into it.
