How to start your own website.?

  • Whenever you ask someone how to start a website, people always say go to freewebs.com or geo cities, etc. Would if you buy a website from them and they go out of business? I want to know how to start a website in order to sell websites to other people. Or a website that is mine and I can sell. Not someone else's websites and they are selling you one of there websites to use.So how would someone start a website? Not how would someone rent space or a website from a website seller. I want to do the actual making of the website. Give it birth, not adopt it at 2 years old. Thank you very much and please explain in detail and maybe in a language that a 13 year old would understand.

    I understand your questions. I think it is always better to own your own website. It also feels great to be the designer as well. My wife and I designed a website for our business through a program that is available over the internet. My biggest investment has been my time. This program has helped us to design several pages that are ranking high on the search engines like Yahoo and Google. These high rankings are driving targeted traffic to our website for free.
