What are some good small business start up ideas?

I've wanted to start a small business for a while. Im looking for ideas. I have about a $1500-$2000 budget and i live in a small tourist town that has boating locks and a small beach and lots of little shops. I personally dont have any specific skill. What are some ideas for a business? Please be specific, explain your idea and how i could potentially carry it out. Best answer will go to the most carried out answer and best idea. Also older people live around here but its younger people/boaters/cottagers/families in the summer. Which is when i want to do it. In the summer time.
