Samples for free- Imitation Jewellery?

I am a local supplier of imitation jewellery in Mumbai and now recently one of the renown e-commerce company approached me to supply them. They have asked for few samples but they will not pay for the same as after selection they will return my samples. They have contacted me via phone and email. Should I send samples to them without payment? Sample Value might be Rs 5,000/-
Answer:

if you can afford the loss then yes but you must remeber that if they have an order for you you may lose it if you do not fulfil what they ask of you.
