How can you patent an idea when you work for a company, but you don't want company has right on the patent?

That's considered your intellectual property...if you signed some sort of contract when you were hired, look in it and see if there's a clause stating that they own intellectual property, if there is...consult a lawyer. If there's not, or you didn't sign a contract, you should be okay!
