How do I start my fashion business?

• Where do I start? I can't afford a business license at the moment,(here, it's going to cost over 100 bucks) I can't afford to buy the materials to make my clothes... I Have a ring I can probably sell online for about $250. But I don't have a good enough camera to take a picture of it. I won't get a decent price for it going into a pawn shop. Then if I do sell it and get the money, what should be my first priority? I don't want to make a poor choice and be back at square1, but this time, with nothing at all. Possible helpful info about me: I'm working a dead end job, and can barely put gas in my tank. I live with my parents. I'm 21. going back to school is not an option right now because I can't afford it, or get any funding from ANYBODY. I've been putting out applications for [extra] work, but it's not going anywhere right now. I need my own successful business. *Sobs* *M*

  Your first step should be to create a business plan. You could then apply for grants or loans. Your would need a business license and id. Starting a business takes thousands of dollars, though. Especially if your are talking about opening a store. Take into consideration of the building lease, inventory, your pay, taxes, employee wages, utilities, ect.
