How can I get back my money from a seller through PayPal?

I bought a established website and seller canceled hosting and I have nothing. How can I get my money back?

  • I bought an established web site for $450 that was hosted on Hostgater now I can not access it. The seller did something and if you go to the site it says "cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi" and the passwords to the site no longer work. The seller refuses to answer my emails or phone calls. Does anyone know what I can do. I live in Pennsylvania and they live in California.

    Where did you buy the site? You should not trust anyone you don't personally know. The best place to buy a website is flippa.com - they have escrow service so the seller did not get any money until he transfer the site to new owner and even sometime provide 1 month of support
