Either way, get a tracking number. That way you'll have a way of tracking your package. The tracking number also helps you get your money quicker if the buyer doesn't leave feedback.

Yes, but check the address on paypal as well as the order form as these are sometimes different. The paypal address is the one you are always supposed to use. It is fine to just write the address on the package, there is no need to use the ebay or paypal postage labels unless you particularly want to, just make sure that you mark the item as dispatched on your sold items details, also get proof of posting from the post office if you are not using recorded or special delivery as things have a habit of getting 'lost' in the post far far too often on ebay.
