Does ebay upgrade my paypal account automatically when I upgrade it through paypal itself?

Should I upgrade eBay account to Business Account?

I am not sure whether I should switch as I am selling a lot of stuff and I want to be able to buy stuff to sell. I have two main questions if I choose business do I have to manage the tax and also as im just a guy selling stuff is there important stuff I need to do? Some advice would be appreciated, especially if you have done it your self.
