UPS Ground VS UPS Standard Shipping VS USPS Parcel Post. Which is the best to ship my stuff?

• I am selling some of my guitars online as well as iPods and other small electronics coming up. Which is the best service? And don't just say that it depends on the size and all cause I already figured out that much. I'm the middle of posting my ebay listing and need to know which options I should choose when it asks for my shipping methods. Tell me how long each will usually take, and how much they charge depending on size and weight... you don't have to be specific, just give me an idea of whats cheaper when shipping guitars or amps and whats cheaper when shipping phones as well as shirts. Then go deeper and explain reliability if there's something I need to know. ALSO I WOULD WANT MY CARRIER TO NOTIFY ME WHEN SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. I WANT TO HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY IN CASE SOMEONE WANTS TO GET SMART AND CLAIM AN UNDELIVERED ITEM WHEN THEY REALLY DID RECEIVE IT. Which company is the best for this?   Guitar/Amps = UPS because it comes with free shipping up to $100 and has better tracking in case someone tries to came you Phones/iPods/Shirts = USPS. Cheap and fast. Any carrier can notify you when its delivered for a fee. However if your worried about being scammed, go with UPS hands down. The tracking is very specific and so is the signature of the person.
