nope, u gotta be 18 first of all to even BE registered on ebay, so u broke a huge rule and ebay will soon find that out, ask ur parents to buy them!!! there's no such thing as a store of ebay, why do you think its on the internet!!?

No you can't buy things thru ebay from major retailers. Ebay is individuals that sell or have ebay stores. You can use a money order, I have not come across one person that accepts cash, unless you are allowed to locally pick it up.

you can send Cash in the post but recommend not to only other option is pay pal,credit card,or postal order or cheque
