I want to resell things from DHgate.com on ebay or other websites. Is eBay the best way to go? And how do I do dropshipping instead of ordering all the products shipped to me first?

There are quite some reseller who buy from DHgate then sell on other sites. So sure you can resell on eBay or other websites as long as you make sure that your customers know about the deliver time. Shipping time can be quite different from different shipping methods. That can be a problem for some customers.
