What is a good advice column site?

What can i use to create an advice column for pre-teens and teens?

  • it needs to be free and i don't want blogger or word press or anything similar to that. i want a site that has been created for that sole purpose, for teens to create their own advise column and advice teens all around the world...has to be legal and no money involved please! i don't want to use something like ask.fm but i want to feel like it's a website( don''t want to create one), that i own it and set up my own rules and that i can say anything i want to answer a question ( all that matters is that it's true and i don't hurt that person's feelings) .

    Nobody is going to create a website for you for free... Learn web-prgramming and creating graphics for the site or simply pay someone to do it. Asking for free stuff is stupid, either do it yourself or pay for someone to do it otherwise they are going to be unmonivated to do the unpaying job.
