Restaurant with a bar in back?

Opening a restaurant/bar or nightclub advices please? ?

• I want to either open up a restaurant and bar or a nightclub so I need as much information as possible. I'm still in college and quite young so I have another 10+ years to prepare this. My parent have two restaurants (japanese and chinese) already but they're small. I want to own an actual Seafood/Steak restaurant with a bar ORELSE a nightclub. I need it to be good. What type of qualification do I need and how should I understand how they work. Must I work at restaurants or work in a nightclub or a bar? Do I need to? Should I study anything at all? I know that a bar/club will cost heaps of money. I live in Australia so approx how much does it cost? Last question is...Do I need to be super open and talkative in the club business. I mean, I do talk and socialise but Im more about the business and money. I don't go around drinking but I love music. What would I be doing when the club is on?
