If you have a place, you can start it easily.. 1- make a website and include all your services and special offers there 2- hire few workers 3 or 4, including drivers (if u like car/cab services u can get from other companies) 3- do some good seo for your site 4- give some offline publicity so with 3000$ you can start a small travel agency at the beginning.
